We built a house with a volume builder. After noticing a few issues, my brother recommend BIIM. After engaging with the team at BIIM, we decided to get them out to complete an inspection of our property.
They discovered more than we could imagine, from issues with our slab, to brick and mortar defects, even issues with the windows not being stamped to meet compliance.
The team was absolutely fantastic to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.

We engaged Frank to assist with our renovation which was running 9 months behind schedule and had a number of compliance issues and defects. Frank responded to our enquiry immediately, requested a copy of all the relevent documentation and met us on-site to do a full site inspection. I would highly recommend Building Inspection Melbourne! They completed two pre-purchased reports. The first property we found we engaged BIM for a report, and they exposed major structural issues that could not be rectified and would have sent us broke if we tried to fix them.
We moved onto the second property and the pre-purchase report come back very positive. During the purchase process BIM were very responsive and insightful!

We have used Frank on a number of occasions to complete short notice inspections. All have been completed to a high quality with the report delivered in a timely manner. The most recent of which Frank identified a number of potential issues, given us the ability to make an informed decision.
