  Paul runs a fantastic company. He arranged multiple inspections for us as we tried to buy a home over several months. So I am a returning customer, would absolutely use him again! But luckily we have finally found a home to buy that we did two inspections for with Building and Pest Inspection (it’s an older home so we needed more than just a basic inspection).
  
  He and the inspectors he works with are so detailed, and are happy to explain their results in a way that regular people can understand.
  
  Buying a home is a very stressful time but working with Paul was stress free and easy.

  I engaged Paul for a building and pest inspection several weeks ago and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the onset, Paul was generous with his time and provided advice on what I should look out for and building procedures I should be aware of. This was all before I had even formally agreed on the building inspection, as I was still waiting on responses from the agent. Paul has a wealth of knowledge and information of the industry and his willingness to share his insights was greatly appreciated.
  
  Wayne undertook the inspection work on the property and he provided a very detailed report, supplemented by a call upon completion of the inspection to highlight key observations and findings, along with advice on how to approach addressing the findings. On top of this, he made himself available for a call after I had reviewed the report to answer my residual queries. Wayne's meticulousness and dedication to his job was outstanding and his balanced view of the property helped shape my decision to purchase significantly.
  
  In comparison to other building inspection companies I have engaged in the past, Building and Pest Inspection offers by far the greatest level of detail and expert advice. Their reports not only focus on findings (both major and minor), but also frames it in a way that the potential buyer can see it from an overall perspective. Their experience in the industry really shines through and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a property.

  I am deeply grateful to Paul and his inspector Wayne for their professionalism, promptness and honesty. I have used their services to for an inspection of an old building that turned out to have multiple issues. Wayne did a very thorough job, inside the apartment and on all sides of the building, and took the time to show me and explain me all major and minor issues. I highly recommend their services as they helped to avoid a potentially risky purchase
