I purchased a pair of water filters from FSA. I gave them my previous invoice number clearly indicating my ordering pattern for the last few years, my last purchase had been 2 pairs of filters for the total price of $28.99. Recently, the lady I spoke to gave me a total price that was $44.50 without warning me that this was the price of only 1 pair of filters. I acknowledged that the price has gone up she agreed but did not mention that the new price was only for one pair. I also ordered 2 orings, which made the total of my invoice $54.50.

I proceeded with the purchase by giving her my credit card details, unaware that I would end up only receiving one pair of filters. I received 1 pair of filters , 2 invoices and a credit reversal of $9.50 for overcharging me for the filters, reducing the price to $35.00 a pair.Therefore, the price is now more than double the initial price and you are only receiving one pair. I contacted FSA and spoke to a gentlemen and he explained that previous filters were sold at a loss, and this would be the new price. He stated that I would receive a $10 credit for the next purchase. There will NOT be a next time, as you can buy same spec filters on EBAY still for $28.99 for 2 pairs and have the security of knowing exactly what you will be given in exchange for what you pay.guaranteed by EBAY and Paypal.
