They used to have the best customer service as well as seafood busker in Cairns. Now all you get is a single piece of tomato spread across the plate of salad. I am not speaking about dirty beer taps, that's just not acceptable.

Relaxing with beautiful views overlooking marina. Lunch service on the deck was quick and courteous. Pleasing menu & food was cooked to perfection. Will definitely become a regular. Great place to take your Cairns visitors

Can u call it a piece of oyster? The waiter said it is. Saturday lunch and order some food including 12 for $15 oysters. Well, here is what we got and the staff said it is one piece. His reaction seems that I am not alone. Might be someone also had the similar food like this. However, super nice view, clean and quiet place to relax and talk to friends. I have been there more than 10 times, food getting worse compare to the previous experience. ( I couldn't upload the picture?)

Great views, breezes and vibe. We were there on Saturday which had $12 dozen oysters. A great deal and reasonable wine menu. Wait staff were helpful but slow in seating and attending to you when at the ordering bars.

Beautiful locations with amazing views of the water and sunset. lovely to sit and watch the boats in the harbour. I had lunch on the deck on a Monday - they had a 2-4-1 meal deal which was great value. The food was nice and reasonably priced. THe customer service staff could use some extra training on "Customer Service" one of our group asked for a G&T with cucumber, but it was too hard for bar staff to go and ask the kitchen for a few slices. Next round one of our group went to the kitchen first, got the cucumber and took it to the bar for them to add to our next drinks.. this is simple stuff that the bar staff should have done.

Barra not cooked, informed waitress she said she would tell the chef. When we were leaving a asked her what he said she shrugged her shoulders and said not much.
    Quiet disappointed with service.

I came here to have a nice meal with my family, but nice isn't the word I would use to describe this place. 1 the food wasn't cooked properly, I ordered salmon and I got a lump of microwaved orange flesh, which by the way took an hour to receive. . 2, instead of giving me the sides that I ordered, they threw together an egg and potato saladwhere the egg was even over cooked. the only thing that made it better was the service. The ladies who served where great, I guess you could say they were the pleasant iceing on a very old cake.

Beautiful ocean views at this classy and well priced local pub. Offers a free coach service to suburbs as far away as Redlynch. Highly recommended.

Tourists beware the misleading advertising of this organisation. The staff were really lovely BUT we were still left paying twice as much for our meal as everyone else in the restaurant. We clearly werent the first fish caught on this line.
No matter how good the food we have a very bad taste in our mouth.
Despite being given a menu called the 2-4-1 we had to pay full price and no we couldnt order from the normal menu. #falseadvertising #touristripoff
