Just want to do a massive shout out to Paul and the guys at Fifth Element.
Could not be any happier than I am with the customer service that I received, The ease of transition into my new bike far exceeded my expectations !
I will certainly be back for anything else I might need in the future and HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone thinking of getting a new/ pre-owned motorcycle !

it has taken them 9 months to order parts for my Harley and install issues always an issue.
I had clearance from insurance to keep my old parts, they didn't like handing them over so sabotaged my old tyres.

Originally called to enquire about something but due to their exemplary customer service especially from Derick in the service I have since never gone anywhere else for anything bike related. They know their stuff, very impressed!!

These guys know bikes and are the only Kawasaki store I would actually trust with my Kawasaki. They have been great when it comes to ordering gear and parts for me. They have even spent time researching products for me as well. Very impressed and one of the better bike stores out there.
