We had a louvre fence and gate installed at our home recently. The whole process from talking with Samantha in the office to Anthony who measured and quoted to Danny and Brett who installed our fence was seemless. They were all competent, polite, friendly, good communicators, efficient, flexible with our needs and competitive prices. Would definitely use again for other projects. Love the finished job. Highly recommend.

We purchased a double swing Hamptons motorized gate and could not be happier with the quality, design and workmanship. The gate was made to measure and was ready for collection within 2 weeks. The service was outstanding. Thank you Fencing and Gate Centre for making us such happy customers. We highly recommend t your company to anyone looking for a great quality gate and fence.

I write this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services rendered by Minchinbury Fencing and gate centre.

Initially, the company assured us that all items were readily available for prompt delivery. Regrettably, they revised their statement post-payment, informing me of a stuck deficit and an unjustifiable delay.

This organization's pursuit of profits appears to eclipse its commitment to customer satisfaction. The imposed delivery fee, disproportionately high for a minimal 5km distance, is a testament to this.

When I sought to address these concerns, I was met with dismissive and discourteous responses, culminating in a suggestion to cancel my order if I found their terms disagreeable. Such an approach highlights an alarming lack of respect for customer relations and service quality.

The ordeal did not end there. Upon requesting a refund, I was instructed to oversee its execution, absolving the company of its responsibility and emphasizing its lackadaisical attitude.

My engagement with this company was marked by deceit, unprofessionalism, and an unsettling lack of empathy. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Minchinbury Fencing and gate centre services.

1 star is pushing it for the level of service I received.
Receptionist Samantha?? has poor phone etiquette, she’s rude, cuts you off when asking questions and isn’t helpful.
The rude worker doing the fence rocked up outside of hours that he said and then proceeded to lay on the concrete outside when already late sitting on his phone. Then when he finally did come in, walks in without a hello, a smile or simple enthusiasm and slowly makes his way down the back, ignoring any attempt for a progress update.
Disgusting service, would not recommend, very reluctant handing the money over to such a poor company

Minchinbury Fencing & Gate Centre, well done!! From the very first phone call the receptionist was very helpful, I couldn't be happier with the product and service. Kathleen kept me informed throughout all stages of the job, from the initial quote to the delivery of the final product. Anthony spent a lot of time on site ensuring that the gates and fence for my house were exactly as I had requested, and gave great advice and answered all questions concisely about what would best suit my needs. The installation was swift and professional. I will be using Fencing & Gate Centre again and highly recommend to anyone! Thankyou

Fencing and Gate have recently installed an electric gate for me and it is fantastic. The people there communicated well through the process and were very accessible. Samantha and Tony in their projects team were happy to keep me posted and work around my requirements (and my dogs). So happy with the outcome.

Used them for the second time to put up additional fencing at our home. Great customer service - from measure to delivery, they're willing to listen to requests and will tailor the solution to your needs. Very competitive pricing too. Can't fault the installer Danny - went above and beyond to do a great job. Recommended!
