  A voucher was brought for us to use fantastic services as a gift. Pradeep and his colleague arrived at the agreed time and introduced them selves. Explained what the service would provide. And carried out a brilliant job. So good to have all Surfaces sparkling and clean, especially when you’ve got two young kids running around. They were super efficient the house looks immaculate I couldn’t highly recommend these guys enough.

  Very poor experience. We signed up for a weekly clean, but all that was available was a fortnightly. Ok, no problem, we can make that work.
  First session, cleaners cancelled. Not a great first impression. Second session, 2 weeks later, cleaners didn't show up at the agreed time. Got a message a little while later saying they were on their way and would be another 30 minutes.
  Calling the cleaners through the app resulted in an error, so I couldn't get in contact with the cleaners directly. Then I called Fantastic Services only to get their standard "We know your called. Well call your back" response. They never called back.
  I had to leave as I had other commitments that were now running late.
  I left a message informing the cleaners to not bother with the clean and to move into their next client.
  1 hour after the agreed time, I got a call from the cleaners saying they were at our home, after I had made repeated attempts to cancel them.
  I advised them not to bother and we'd be cancelling our services.
  We then got charged a cancellation fee for them not turning up.
  So far we have been charged a total of $280 and no services have been rendered. The company won't return my calls or respond to any messages through their app.
  Extremely disappointing and dishonest. Their app and website is also extremely slow and the real time tracking did not work.

  I engaged this company for end of lease cleaning and it has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience I have ever encountered. For starters, I was overcharged on my credit card; which was unauthorised and is currently being disputed via my bank. They charged me $200 more than the original quote, despite having been given the full list of requirements prior to the service. The quality of the cleaning was sub par and did not meet the standards. The cleaners returned back and still did not do what was asked. This finally had to be resolved by the property Manager having to engage their own resources to finish the task.
  
  This was the least of the issue. The company did not return the keys to the apartment for over a week, causing my bond to be withheld. There was no clear channel of escalation within the business other than having to follow up with the cleaners directly, who showed no regard for the seriousness of the matter. Their response was that they are too busy to return the keys to the office and that it is not their problem.
  
  I paid an exorbitant amount of money for a one bedroom apartment, received poor service and so much time was spent over the phone both by me and the property Manager to resolve the matter. I definitely will never deal with them ever again. I found them unethical and lacking in
  skill to do the job. This company has been blacklisted by the Real estate agency (one of the biggest in the area), in the sense that they will actively discourage their outgoing tenants to engage them. This is very unfortunate for them and reflective of the poor service they offer.

  Initially I was impressed by the slick service of the sales team. However once the cleaners arrived (after being told I had one of the best teams) cleaners completed jobs they were asked not to do and spent considerable time on their phones watching YouTube. Once my partner addressed this and left the house for a short period they left half way through the clean leaving the house wide open and taking the key with them. While we were only charged for a partial clean this left us scrambling to find someone else and having to pay high rates to do so let alone the security concerns. We still do not have the keys nor has the company been responsive to our concerns. I do not recommend and don't get sucked into the rewards program!
