Right from the start we felt confident we had chosen the right company to do our renovations Bruce was amazing he knew what we wanted. As we have no experience in the building trade we were very apprehensive about doing an extension to our house, but felt at ease when we went to the office to view plans and discuss the process.

Bruce said how long things would take, he always made sure things were done when they were supposed to be done. All the crew were respectful of us staying in the property while the work went on, they even made temporary barriers for the dog to stay in the back yard. Any issues that unexpectedly popped up during the build were dealt with promptly.
Thank you to all the tradies who were involved in our extension. We appreciate all your hard work.

After a recommendation from a friend, we met with Scott and the team at Sertorio. It was the only quote we got as we were so impressed right from the start.

From Scott's ideas and knowledge of all aspects of the renovation, through to the seamless handover to Jake, the initial processes were very smooth. During the project, I cant speak highly enough of the attention to detail, prompt response to every issue that crept up along the way and general 'can do' attitude of Jake.

All of the trades that came were respectful of us continuing to live at the property, and very hardworking. The finish of every element is brilliant, and ultimately it is difficult to even tell there has been a renovation/extension at all.

Neither of us have a background in the industry, and we felt we were in very competant hands with Sertorio.

I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again if we contemplate any other projects.

I made contact with Scott (Sertorio Homes) to discuss extending my house.

Although I only went to the design/planning stage, Scott was punctual, friendly and professional.

If in the furture I decide to renovate or extend Serorio Homes will be the only company I will be using.

Sertorio Homes turned our run down and old 3 bedroom house into a modern 4 x 2 house inside and out. During the whole renovation process there was no delays and no problems, making the whole job completely non stressful for us. All there tradesman were excellent, the quality of the work done was brilliant. If you are after any form of home renovations, I recommend contacting Scott and the team at Sertorio, you will not be dissapointed.
