I was delighted to have Simply Spotless Cleaning Service come to my house and help me with my cleaning needs. They were very professional in their communications, and the cleaner did a great job cleaning my home. He took his time and made sure everything was spotless and shining before he left. I’ve used Simply Spotless for a few periods in the past few years. The cleaners always do an excellent job, and if there are any issues with the booking, are quick to let you know.
Great for both regular cleaning and end of lease.
The customer service team are also quick to respond and helpful.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a cleaning service.

This is a shout out to Fatimah attended one of my properties to do a deep clean. She was very professional, on time, friendly, and responsive on the phone. She is also very thorough and did a fantastic job on the clean. I would definitely use her services again.

The teams work very decent as always & we never had any issues with these. Now both parties do trust on each other & I don’t require to check any job of them as they do set standards for the cleaners to maintain. BEWARE PEOPLE. This company would have one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever come across. There booking system does nothing but let people down and waste everyone’s time, I will never use spotless cleaning again nor let anyone I know use them. Consumers beware and stay clear, there’s plenty of other genuine good cleaning companies out there.

Never used a cleaning service before, I was a bit nervous. George's Team were very friendly and when they arrived on time I saw that is was very clear that they were ready to clean and do a good job. George's Team did not waste any time, they were very thorough and what they cleaned and how they cleaned was a far better cleaning job in a much shorter time than I could have ever done! Our home was left looking so spotless and smelled very clean too. Definitely reached beyond my expectation and will definitely continue to use this service because it has taken the pressure off me greatly. The booking and payment system is so easy as well.

Ahmed’s team at Simply Spotless did an amazing job with our end of lease clean. They left the apartment looking better than when we’d moved in!
