  Krost supplied the furniture for my psychology practice. The pieces are exceptional quality. The look is more luxurious than most office furniture such that it would fit in a modern home, while having the durability required in a commercial setting. We have always had a wonderful experience with Krost staff, also, who have been obliging and warm. The new showroom is beautiful, too.

  I used Krost Business Furniture to fit out my home office and absolutely love how it turned out. From the initial visit to the showroom where I was able to see and try out the furniture to the final assembly I couldn’t be happier. The time frame quoted was adhered to with no hold ups. The communication whether placing the order or getting an answer to a question or organising payment or tracking the delivery was second to none. The delivery and assembly team were professional, courteous, fast and cleaned everything before leaving. The products seem well made and strong and are very comfortable.   We recently ordered through Klein for my Surgeons office furniture. We are in Perth so everything was done liaising by phone and email. Steve was super helpful and we were back and forth for months getting the right order together for us :) this included samples to see prior, as we couldn’t view the showroom. The furniture arrived and was installed by local Klein installers and we are super impressed with the standard of furniture. Would definitely recommend Klein for office furniture, even if you aren’t in the same state as they are. Thanks again Klein! :)

  This company has THE WORST after sale service ever. Stay away, everyone.
  
  Had the whole office fitted out in May 2015 the $840 chair (FU205) broke within months of use and since then it’s been the biggest pain to deal with them to get it fixed.
  
  The ‘new’ chair they supposedly brought in after MONTHS of chasing up was obviously a used one, which broke again within weeks of use.
  
  This chair had the same problem where the back of the chair gives way and swings back wildly when someone sits on it. You cannot sit upright on this chair, supported. The ‘lever’ to fix it in a place is broken and seems to be the weakest link in this model.
  
  We are still waiting for this chair to be fully replaced or refunded as it broke under warranty but they just keep delaying and delaying.
  
  About two weeks ago, the lock on one of the filing cabinets broke, which someone came over to see but nothing has been done as yet.
  
  This has been the most infuriating customer service experience to date and that’s after spending $7700.
  
  Ridiculous company with no sense of professionalism whatsoever - please buy somewhere else!
