Friendly and efficient service. Delicious wedges, BLT, Burgers and coffee. Good prices (see menu pics). Rather bare but comfortable interior.

Poached eggs were really just microwaved eggs. Very basic but tasty breakfast coffee was very average.

Unfriendly staff - I ordered a regular skinny mocha, and the lady at the counter yells out a Tall regular latte and gives it to me. When I told her thats not what I ordered she took it back opened the coffee cup and sprinkeld some chocolate on top and said. Here is your skinny mocha and that they use only skinny milk. All this happened while I was standing at the counter.

Just had my first Thai Burger at Essence. AMAZING!! Best burger in town if you like a bit of chilli! Staff are so friendly and the price is good. Enjoy!!

Yesterday was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. This coffee shop for sure and the worst I've ever been in my life. I was hungry and had some potatoes on the table that would be thrown in the trash and I grabbed some and the waitress called my attention saying I could not get it. She was super thick with me and my friends. Because I was barefoot and my friends have dreadlocks in their hair. My friend ordered a coffee and a milkshake and she just did not want to do it for him. Sad to know that these types of people exist in the world. How many good foods are thrown in the trash of the days and that would give to feed several people that can not buy. Besides feeding someone you would help the environment. I hope this will be a lesson for you in this new year. It's never too late to change. Tons of food are thrown in the trash every day in the world and millions of people are killed because there is nothing to eat.
