Very average quality, bought a chair and when i was assembling it i knew i made a mistake. Using it for over 3 weeks now and still disappointed.

Missed returning an incredibly uncomfortable item by a matter of days due to some major work commitments. Unfortunately they offered no leniency and now we are stuck with an unwanted and poor product.

Exceptional customer service from this company!
I had a minor assembly problem with my Bimos ergonomic chair; upon contacting Ergo, I was put through to David who went to great lengths (including visiting me at my home) to make adjustments and ensure the seat worked properly.

I have purchased a few products from this company and the service and delivery have always been superb and quick. I have not always been clear what product is best for me but the people assisting me clearly have great product knowledge and have guided me really well. I should add that since I have a 'dodgy' back, it has been really important to make sure I get the right chairs and standing desk- which I have. I highly recommend this businesses products.
