  Constantly trying to bully you in to getting your car serviced when it is not needed. They threaten you constantly with voiding your mechanical warranty. No courtesy calls only threatening emails. What kind of business is that.

  Work purchased a Ford Ranger with 9,000kms on the clock. It was fitted with an alloy tray and toolboxes from Bocar.
  Sold with a 5 year warranty included in the price. At 25,000 kms one of the toolboxes split at a welded seam.
  Emails and phone calls numbering up to more than 10 have been submitted over a 6 week period and never once has Cardiff Motor Group called to discuss or resolve the issue (sorry Greg called me to pass on another persons number.
  I still don't know if they are going to help pay for repairs as they refuse to discuss the issue with me.
  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
  Imagine if i had a major issue requiring assistance.
