Not feeling confident by the stores diagnostics on my PS4, I discovered that the USB ports had been cut and removed when I attempted to get a second opinion on the repair. They had returned my PS4 with missing components and were extremely dismissive of me when I complained. The USB ports were put back in, but considering the carelessness and lack of professionalism, it pointless (or just too expensive) to get a second opinion.

The iphone screens at this service are clearly inferior. They supply LCD unlike other services in Newcastle so the screen is now darker. Mine cracked again within 12 hours and David and his staff were completely unhelpful. They may be the cheapest service in Newcastle but you pay for what you get. I do not recommend them at all.

Outstanding in a word. I took two laptops in needing at least one working by the end of the day, for work tomorrow. Got a phone call in about 4 hours later to pick them both up both working all data saved. Was pleased with the price, and both Joel and Kyle were helpful and happy to answer any questions I had and were upfront about costs and any work that would be done. Well done guys, nice to see such great work ethics still around.
