TPG has crab services. We requested them to relocate our connection from previous home to new home. First they gave us long time and date (15 days) then they turn up. Its been three times that we have been time for installation but no one turn up. Then you call them wasting you time on long holds and their customer relation guys make excuses that technician is late due to traffic or he cant find your MDF or Telstra guys are not cooperating with us. And this happens all the time. Am sick of this now am going change my connection.
