  I’ve dealt with eKitchens twice in the last 6 weeks, fantastic on both occasions.
  Fist time was getting a old double laundry door replaced, replaced with a single door with wood grain trim, perfect fit and finish.
  Second time we got 5 kick boards made of varying sizes and a laundry bench top, again fantastic.
  A shout out to the girls who dealt with our order who were extremely knowledgeable and the delivery team who were extremely careful bringing the items into our house.
  Will certainly shop with eKitchens in the future, thanks.

  While the product offering is great, the website interface is shockingly poor. Navigation around ordering and checking out is clunky and takes way longer to find your way around than it should do. I just spent a good hour trying to work out how to check out! Clue it's nowhere near your final order summary, or your account and you can't click on 'not paid' to get there - you have to edit your order (of course, who knew, that makes so much sense!). Come on ekitchens, something needs to be done to improve this.

  From start to finish the process with these guys was a dream. We started with our designer Heidi and she was so so helpful and informative. Gave great feedback and suggestions when we were stuck for ideas and brilliant constructive criticism about why something in a design wouldn't work. The quality of the finished product was outstanding. We are so very happy with our finished product. They designed Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom for us.

  I am just so happy with the bench / cupboards in my family room. I had a bad experience with the previous kitchen/bathroom company that I used so decided to have a go at doing this job myself. From the very first ordering to the last after sales service these guys were good. It was easy to put the flat pacs together. I was so happy with the quality and service from this company I've already ordered my next cupboards from them. Looking forward to receiving them. Special mention of Kellie and Chris the guy that knows his stuff. Thank you

  Great experience! My kitchen designer was Heidi and she did amazing job with our kitchen and scullery. Professional, patient and reliable. Great communication skills. Made my renovation journey pleasant and fun. Very grateful, thank you Heidi!
  Reasonable price and very good quality. Glad I found Ekitchen after a long search and dealing with other services.
  Btw I came back to Ekitchen again to order my laundry with Heidi. Can not

  Chris came out to fix a few issues his customer service skills are amazing made me feel at ease that all will be fixed and it was in a quick and professional manner. He went above and behind E Kitchens are lucky to have a guy on board who knows how to sort things out. Anna also was great to work with at midland branch

  After receiving sub-standard service from other benchtop vendors and becoming more confused we decided to visit eKitchens which was a pleasant surprise. Kellie has exceptional customer service qualities and was able to answer all of the benchtop questions we had and provide multiple suggestions based on our kitchen limitations and desires. She managed our indecisiveness and optional quote requests with patience and professionalism which provided confidence. Pricing was also very competitive.
  It is rare to receive such personalized service these days where you don't feel like a walking dollar sign.
