Unfortunately this experience was less than I expected. The massage was good, the steam room was not on and I was given no tour of where to go. The service at front desk was terrible, I had a gift voucher and when I tried to use my locals pass with it i was treated extremely poorly by the lady at the desk. All in all I would not recommend it.

This was such a beautiful enjoyable experience. Claire and the therapists were nothing but lovely and the vibe at eleme is Devine.
We enjoyed our champagne on the deck overlooking the pool and rainforest. We ended up ordering food and more drinks because the space is so relaxing and inviting.
The treatments were so relaxing, we were encouraged to enjoy the steam room before our treatment, enjoy tea in the beautiful coastal themed relaxation area within the spa.
Will definitely visit eleme again!!!

We were so pleased that they could fit 5 of us in for a girls afternoon. We first enjoyed some time in the steam room then had either a facial or massage. My facial was so relaxing and beautiful. The staff were so professional and friendly. We finished with a bottle of champagne in our robes. Such an amazing day! We will be back!

Booked a couples treatment. It was a really nice experience, the only problem was only one of ladies could do a facial for us. Me being the gentleman, I took the facial while my girlfriend (who had here birthday that day) had to settle for and extra 30 minute massage.
