This gym exceeded my expectations! Staff are really friendly and professional. Gym has a myriad of equipment and lots of space for all types of training. Cleanliness is also maintained 24/7. 10/10!!!. Staff are amazing and the shakes go off after a big session. Love shrek the man too ❤️❤️

I love this gym. Since training here, I have been really motivated to lift big weights and grow. I’ve met amazing people and all the members are friendly and approachable. Love the staff too. Shrek, Susie and Tom are the best. Always making me feel welcome and at home whenever I come in. Would recommend the gym to anyone and everyone 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I have loved every moment since training at this gym. I’ve visited and trained at different gyms but this gym is by far my favourite. This is because the staff at the front counter are the best. Shrek, Tom and Susie always make me feel welcome and we are more like family. The shakes are the best and we always get one.

Gym Equipment is great and love the art picture of the famous body builders on the wall.
Ladies this is Males dominant Gym, the majority of the gym members are Guys! I think this might be due to the gym location in industrial area. I did not feel safe to walk to my car when I am training at night!

I find it very uncomfortable when I am trying to train in the male section. The female section is small and does not have enough equipment!!
Female toilet is not maintained! it does not get supplied with toilet papers or paper towels on a regular basis. There is an ongoing extremely bad swage smell in the female near toilet vanities. this is quite alarming as air quality can be toxic.

Bad customer service!! I hardly get greeted by gym staff members when I walk in.. The gym owner walks around and eye the members out ..it can be very uncomfortable & intimidating !!

I've loved this gym from the very moment I started here. I left Anytime fitness and am so happy I did so. The atmosphere is amazing, the variety of equipment, the parking and the staff are amazing. So happy. Thanks to Shrek for giving me a price that was competitive and worth every cent
