Elderton have been excellent throughout the entire build journey. They have good processes in place and seem to be quite organised. The quality of our build was fantastic and at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed every step of the build and all the staff always did their best at each stage. Thank you so much for a smooth build for our first home!

There were a lot things happened such as:
- couple holes behind kitchen, easy for mice to walk in and leave marks and dirty things around house
- leaking in garage when rain happen for couple days
- small leaks by basinet in insuite
- too many cracks by driveway, skirting around house, and family room
- driveway bit collapse to garage side and made cracks in garage
- paints by pillar slowly falling off

I notice the majority of the bad reviews are 2+yrs ago. We have had a wonderful experience with Elderton Homes 🏡 right from get-go. Denise, based in Hamlyn Terrace Office is a wealth of experience and knowledge, always going the extra 1,000 miles for each client (I have head from others and also from the tile company that she went out of her way to assist another client). Pre-Admin team, Genessa is a gem, so friendly and great at getting back to me as being a FHO, I had so many concerns and questions. Michelle in the color studio, so patient and on point with selections and fantastic at corresponding also. Electrical guys were awesome also. Admin paperwork takes time but so does watching a boiling kettle when one is excited and waiting to move to next phase Drafting team were persise and had no issues with window or vanity heights as we had with another company tender. Maddi in the Construction Office is amazing, so efficient, honest, professional and helpful. Always gets back to you promptly and is still answering my many questions as we are moving swiftly onto last stage of construction. Site supervisor, Ryan has been so pleasant, accommodating and ahead of the game in so many ways having deliveries lined up, ready for next lot of trades scheduled to start on time, if not ahead! Had our pre-lining inspection & an awesome job by all tradesmen and their teams. Extremely clean site too! Timeframe has been better than anticipated and we are getting excited for handover. Overall, a honest, transparent company that has met all of our expectations & was even better! Extremely stress-free build start to almost finish! Remember it is a build afterall as a previous client said in his review and as per other comment I am not a staff member, nor have any association with any of the employees apart from their professional on-going interactions. Thanks to a wonderful team for working so hard and still all loving what they all do and making our first home a reality. 5 deserving stars, 'cos I can't give more 🤩

My in laws recently moved into their newly built home in Box Hill after downsizing. They built their home with Elderton as my wife and I were so pleased with our Elderton home in the Ponds.
The process was smooth from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Elderton. I certainly recommend them.

Very disappointing experience. My offer was accepted, signed my part of the contract and initial deposit paid on a newly built home. The paperwork was ready to be sent to the coveyancer, and confirmed that morning, only to be called by the agent a few hours later trying to pressure me into settling within a week! From what I understand, the builder had gone about finding someone else despite accepting my offer (I have my suspicions as to why) If you're going through Elderton, I suggest having everything signed then and there, because they will easily go back on their word, and agreements made in good faith. I can only imagine what could happen if there were serious issues, so perhaps this experience is a blessing in disguise.
