Spent nearly $60 and was sent root bound plants (worst one as per image - they said this was "a little root bound"). Was promised a part refund. Never received the refund, and they are not responding to any emails anymore. Terrible customer service. Maybe this review will prompt them to keep their word in future and live up to their quality guarantee. Any self respecting nursery would offer to send replacements.

Terrible service. I won't be shopping here again. Postage in the shopping cart e parcel - free. I checked this by adding my postcode to the calculator again it returned postage as free. I then continued and paid. I later get a message from Ann to say if I want the item I can pay $20.00 postage. So beware buyers they do not honour prices in the cart.
