We waited over an hour and a half for our mains, our entree came out in a timely manner but was not what we ordered. When we mentioned that, we were asked if we wanted what was brought out or did we want them to cook what we originally ordered. We just kept what they brought out. The waitress ignored us for entire tine we were waiting for our mains and then when we asked another waitress, she said there was a mixup with our order and she would get right on it. The original waitress who got our order wring twice kept coming back and asking if we were enjoying our meal every 2 mins.

It just was not a nice experience. The food was nice but the service just ruined the entire experience.

Good old fashioned country Italian restaurant. Nice food food and friendly service. Very busy so get in early. I arrived at 5:30 and was one of 6 people there. When I left at 6:15 the line was out the door.

I had to return to Sorbello's before l returned to Vic. Wonderful place. Every waitress had a smile and a greeting and the service was excellent. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked; the prawns deliciously flavoured and fresh. My partner enjoyed his steak and chilli immensely. It is no mystery that Sorbello's has lasted for 20 years. Just passing through townand decided on Italian cuisine tonight. Meals were average at best - Risotto was lack lustre & being a vegetarian dish could have been greatly improved by the simple addition of some fresh herbs. My partner's pizza was ok but not great, however the Tiramasu was very good but overall disappointing

Awesome food and fantastic service. We dined there on Friday night with a group of 14 people. The waitresses were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a problem even when we had to move because more people joined us.

The food was served quickly and without errors. Quality was fantastic considering the range of meals we had. Highly recommended for a meal for two or group function. You won't be disappointed.
