  The negatives - Online instructor was new to using Zoom.. My invitation to session was lost in the junk mail which made me late to online course.. The office was impossible to reach (i left repeated messages) and no one ever contacted me back the morning (Saturday) I needed assistance to join online class..
  Positives - loved the course itself and the way it was delivered.. The certificate was issued upon completion and I attained my license a couple weeks later. I would definitely use them again Thanks Edway team.
