Poor service & poor attitude, ruined my experience of buying a high end bike firstly with drawn out pick up dates, and making you feel like an a-hole for calling and asking about it. Secondly for calling and asking about where the promised pedals for said bike are 10 weeks after ordering it Also, it seems quite difficult for the guy to even provide a sales receipt for the expensive push bike - hopefully they can email it over to me when they get time. There are plenty of other good stores with great service in town, I will be heading there in the future.

Vince is a legend! Unbelievable knowledge & enthusiasm and a master with the spanner. The best bike brands and gear at very competitive prices, you'd be mad to shop elsewhere.
