I have a severe fear of dentists-put off going until the pain of an access became too much.
I got a quick appointment and waiting room time was minimal-less time to panic.
Dentist was calm ,quiet and reassuring, allowed me to make the decisions and proceed at my pace.
I was still very panicked internally but was made to feel at ease- and in somewhat control of what was happening- thankyou, highly recommend.💜

I will write both and good and bad.
Good - This place is beyond awesome and I went here to get the wisdom tooth taken care of. I was lucky to be consulted by Dr Tina. I felt safe in her hands & she did the procedure like a dream. She was assisted by Nicola and she will great you always with a smile 😊 The team here is very helpful and nice.
And about the bad - I was just kidding, what is dental without some fun. Recommend 10/10. All the best to you.

I am an international student and got an emergency with my teeth that were infected. My student cover is terrible and I was looking for a solution late in the evening. E-Dental being part of the Smile insurance network (only 90$ year), I got a nice promotion and the team was amazing and very comprehensive with my situation. I got my tooth saved the day after, with a great following up after. I had to come back for the second part of my treatment, but everything was under 800$ and I didn't get any issue after the treatment. The doctors are doing an amazing job, making sure you don't feel any pain during and after the process. The reception ladies are also super sweet, providing every documents you need for your insurance, in or outside Australia, and making sure you get all your X-rays for any needs. They won't let you suffer and make sure your recovery is doing well. You can absolutely count of them! Thank you E-Dental 🤍

Thank you so much to e Dental Perth. I called early hours of Sunday morning and was able to book in an appointment for that afternoon as the town I live in doesn’t offer Sunday appointments. I went in with a broken tooth with an exposed nerve unfortunately caused by a nightclub incident. Your kindness and compassion was much appreciated and your excellent work definitely shows with my brand new tooth. I will definitely be back.

I have been extremely happy with the service provided and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Fraser is a wonderful Dentist and has the ability to put me at ease and talk through the procedure so I know exactly what is being done (which helps to calm my nerves). I definitely recommend this practice to others.

Couldn't recommend Dr. Krishna more highly.
Her clinical reasoning through made it clear what the most appropriate actions to take were for the removal of my wisdom teeth. I went through the procedure with local anaesthetic and anti-anxiety medication. Other than the needles there was only pulling and tugging with Krishna checking all was good. I have readed day two with minimal swelling and close to no pain. Thank you kindly Dr. Krishna!

I have been to these guys for an emergency while I was holidaying here, which was handled so very well, thank you Dr Ian.
Then I came back to live and decided these were the dentists for me.
This time I was cared for by Dr Jeremy who was amazing too.
It starts at the front line with receptionists on the phones and in person, being friendly, understanding and totally efficient as welll ( a hard combination to get just right) .

A huge Thank you to the team at eDental!
I cannot recommend this Dental Clinic enough.

I booked and appointment after many years of avoiding the dentist. Service was amazing from the very start. Admin team are friendly and so helpful.
The dentist and dental nurse I saw were so friendly and put me at ease through out my assessment and explained everything in detail.
I booked in for my first ever fillings (minor I know, but still scary for first timer). The fillings were done so quickly and with absolutely no pain.

The team were understanding about me being a bit scared and showed so much compassion.

Decided to go to this dentist after chipping my tooth and was in pain. I have had 2 visits now and both have been excellent. Can easily say it’s the best dentist I have ever been to. Sarah my dentist explains all work you need in detail and gives you all costs up front and does and excellent job. Very professional operation with excellent dentists and open great hours to suit people will full time jobs. Would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.

Fantastic dental clinic! Each time I have needed to call or attend the clinic I have had excellent service from their reception to all dental staff. Dr Safar in particular has been so very attentive and accommodating knowing how anxious I have been about treatment. I would not have put off attending the dentist for so long had I known how positive an experience it would be here!
