My toner order has just arrived in far north Qld at lunch time on 29 December. I only ordered it on the afternoon of 23 December, and it's been public holidays most days since then. Great service!

These guys were just fantastic to deal with. They looked after me really well, great communication, found the printer I was after and got it delivered to me when nobody else could. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back as a repeat customer. Thanks guys appreciate your work

Amazing. The customer service was fantastic. Advice on my printing needs, next day, and free delivery to WA. It cheaper to buy from here than elsewhere. The product suits my needs and was a breeze to install.

Highly recommend this family-owned business! They were friendly and helpful each time I rang to check up on the shipment status of the printer (delayed months due to covid). Then when it finally arrived into their warehouse, they actually called me personally to let me know it was going to be delivered on that day.

Super fast service even in stage 4 Lock-down. Ecotech had the best price and had the printer I wanted in stock. Ordered on Tuesday evening, it arrived on Thursday morning. Will recommend this company to everyone.
