Pre-order story of seasons and didn't get the pre-order bonus, the staff only said there wasn't any bonus for the pre-order. Won't even come back to the store 👎

Their store manager had terrible attitude towards customers. Buying a new game with friends was meant to be an exciting and happy event. She had ruined this small joy for us.

I went there to exchange all my games and old consoles as I’moving overseas and I had about 20 games and 2 consoles. Matthew helped me through everything. He’s got great customer service skills and is very patient. Amazing guy. Laughlan helped me a bit too. Excellent people working there and made my visit there so easy. Thanks and keep it up guys!
