I ordered a wardrobe from East Connection earlier in the year via their website. Due to COVID the arrival of the item (from India) was significantly delayed. Communication was prompt, polite and consistent throughout the wait time. I needed to organise a delivery interstate once it arrived in Australia and East Connection went above and beyond to ensure the item would arrive in a timely manner and in an undamaged state. They were highly professional and customer focused throughout the entire transaction process. My wardrobe has arrived and is absolutely stunning. The quality and craftsmanship is better than I anticipated, particularly given the affordable price, and the online photos don't do it justice. Thank you East Connection.

It was easy to order the items, yet I still preferred a phone call. Ordering was done over the phone and handled efficiently and I was emailed all the particulars of the items immediately after purchase. I appreciated Deepinder's prompt replies to my queries. Items were delivered in excellent condition and exactly as what was shown on the pictures on the website. The products are excellent quality and very unique. Would definitely use East Connection again in the future. Highly recommend this company🤗

I purchased several pieces from East Connection and have already recommended them to family and friends. Their furniture is unique, of the highest quality and yet affordable - and I know because we really shopped around! The customer service was fantastic and the range of items was huge. Will definitely be going back once we're ready to update the rest of the house.
