My hot water system decided to break down in the middle of winter! I called Australian Hot Water first thing on a Monday morning, they were very quick to react to my service call. My hot water was back up and running by just after lunch time that same day. Fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

So happy I called Australian Hot Water Inner West… my hot water blew up Thursday afternoon, I called Aust Hot Water, they booked a technician with a replacement tank for 8am the next day. The technician turned up on time, he installed the new tank, walked me through how to maintain it..took away the old tank. Paid using eftpos, receipt received in 5 minutes… all in all a very good and professional experience… highly recommend

There was a little confusion with the office about what model of hot water system I wanted, but was sorted out easily over the phone. The team that came and did the install did a good job and left the place tidy when they were done. Happy with the outcome.

Excellent service. We needed to replace a 15 year old gas storage heater. David quoted and provided explanations on a range of options and we ended up going for a continuous flow system. Once agreed, David arranged for installation to take place next day. Plumbers were very professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
