  Good car rentals and friendly staff. Pick up and returns were super easy. The car was as promised and worked well. They are the most value for money car rental as they operate a few KM from airport with free shuttle savings lots of $’s

  Had never heard of this company but with the price of rentals in Tasmania right now I took a chance. The others had prices that were just plain criminal. The most efficient rental experience I have ever had, mind you I had paid for "the lot" i.e. full insurance cover etc. so that might have helped. Friendly staff and a shuttle bus the short distance to the terminal means you will rarely wait more than 10 minutes, if at all! Very well done.

  My partner booked the car here mainly on price and they had cars we're familiar with. A little unusual not being at the airport, but offset by a very fast & efficient shuttle service to there. Vehicle was well presented & performed well. Customer service was friendly & efficient with quick turnaround at pick-up & return. Would recommend East Coast Car Rental as good value with minimal administrative issues.

  The East Coast team were extremely friendly and great to deal with. Great service with Airport pick up and drop off, not to mention the vehicle was near brand new and a pleasure to drive around Tasmania. The entire experience was seamless and will definitely be using them each time we visit or holiday in Tasmania.

  So much cheaper than the big rental companies.
  Short shuttle to their office was fine, really close.
  Everybody we dealt with was friendly and easy to get along with.
  Car was clean and in good order, 57k Qashqai did the job very well for the 8 days we had it. Overall all went well, will use them again.
