  Wow! Best Car Hire customer service EVER! We hired our MG Pilot Sport SUV for our month's holiday in Tasmania from East Coast Car Rentals Hobart. From the moment Stavros collected us so promptly from Hobart Airport, we had the BEST car hire experience EVER! We were fortunate to be assisted by Hash who amazingly gave us as much time as we needed to instruct us in the features of an SUV, as we normally drive a smaller car. Hash's happy disposition and excellent instructions gave us all the confidence we needed. It's great to find outstanding service from someone who obviously loves his job. What a great start to our holiday. Thank you Hash - you are definitely an asset to East Coast Car Rentals Hobart!

  East Coast Car Rentals took very good care of us with our recent family trip. Our plane was delayed and they kept the office open late to welcome us and ensure we were ready to go with one of their cars. Their customer service from start to finish was top shelf!

  Best experience with a car rental ever. I hired a car from the Hobart airport office. Seamless picking up and returning the car, professional and friendly service at every point of contact. Could not recommend this company enough. Would not hesitate to use them again ..

  Very good prices and some of the best customer service I have experienced! I don't remember any staff's names, but they were all extremely friendly and very helpful. Very nice and quick yet clear explanation before departure and speedy check after returning the car. I got a free upgrade on the car too, which I loved driving! Will 100% use East Coast again if I visit Tasmania in the future! Thanks! =)

  We were delighted with the ease of the process, from the online booking, pickup, and return. The car was well presented and spotless.
  Communication was excellent, staff were both friendly and efficient. We were unlucky to hit a wallaby, and with no significant damaged we were able to continue our holiday. We had elected for the insurance option with $0 excess. For us the return process was a breeze with minimal time completing paper work. For us using East Coast Car rentals was a great experience.
