  They have a great range of products & great prices, but there's an inexplicable & arbitrary refusal to post many things, making the online shopping option pretty pointless for me. It's easier to get what I want from eBay, delivered to my door.

  One of my favourite places as a streamer. AwsomE workers at EB always feel welcome always help out with great deals exchanges and learning what to do next. Love visiting eb always will

  Tried to talk to the big guy in there would have got more from a brick wall no eye contact no care could hear the other guy talking to other customers enjoying himself

  Fairly small,bit pricey but if you are looking for game merchandise,it's got a whole entire section of merch!

  The staff were very rude, when I was in the line waiting to pay, one of the staff members were moving boxes into the back, they pushed me and every one in the line out of the way, didn't even ask us to move And didn't apologise.

  horrible shop , deposited $50 on a headset as a gift to pick up the following week by scott and he put down that i had only given him $5 total , but in store you are only allowed to put $10 minimum for a layby product ? complete convinced he pocketed the remaining $45 . tried to pick up the item and emily proceeded to blame me and called customer service saying she was working there in the day and saw me only pay $5 but saying to my face “i tried my best to help you”, once again maliciously lying and putting the best foot out for her coworker . completely disgusted that they would steal from customers that put out their hard earned money for such expensive products . if you can save yourself and go elsewhere . customer service has been contacted and potentially higher authority .

  Bought a game here yesterday supposedly brand new. Disc had marks download codes had been used. Store replaced it on being asked as required by consumer law, however only three stars because no sign of an apology or even any civil conversion, clerk grunted at start of conversation, took the disc, checked it in, retrieved a new one and gave a new receipt then winked. That's it, no words. An apology for having to drive 25km each way to bring the disc back and the disappointment of not being able to play would have been nice.

  I love eb games because they always have the lowest prices and all the equipment and games that I like can't wait for watch dogs 2
