I chose Dr Aggarwal for breast implant revision, and could not have chosen better. I'm very impressed with the results. The revision was to correct a problem with the old implants that emerged after a decade having them. What Dr Aggarwal achieved wasn't just to fix the issue, but to make them even better than what I'd had before the problem.

The first thing you notice with Dr Aggarwal is his impeccable bedside manner. He takes the time to listen, understand, document your situation and choices, and explain, providing plenty of information as guidance and tailoring that guidance to what you want as you make decisions about the procedure. This goes beyond just putting you at ease: it means he ensures patient and surgeon are on exactly the same page regarding surgical decisions and expected outcomes before anything is done.

As a surgeon, Dr Aggarwal is downright excellent. He has a focus on professional perfection - both in terms of artistry and the evidence-based technical aspects. Yet, at the same time, he is very committed to ensuring you get what works for you. I put limitations on what would have been objective perfection, wanting to avoid risks I wasn't ready to take. He appeared to take my limitations as a professional challenge to make things as perfect as possible while absolutely working within them. Exactly what I wanted in a surgeon, and the outcome was the best I could have imagined.

Dr Aggarwal's team is likewise excellent, from receptionists to the anaesthetist he chose to work with for my surgery. Everyone is friendly and considerate, and take pains to ensure you feel comfortable. Meeting the surgical team prior to the operation reaffirmed for me I'd made the right choice. Their knowledge, their responsiveness to questions and concerns, and their blend of efficiency and ability to take the time to ensure all is answered and explained, speaks of great skill and experience. I have never been anaesthetised or intubated so well, which is a weird-sounding compliment, but it genuinely impressed me. I had a couple concerns regarding anaesthetic and intubation. They were listened to, and I woke up with no issues, not even a sore throat.

My procedure was not the simplest nor easiest, but it was undertaken with admirable skill and commitment. For me, it takes a lot of trust to go into lala land and let other people make changes to my body, and Dr Aggarwal and his team more than demonstrated that trust well-placed. I cannot fault a thing, not even about smaller matters such as post-op care or communication with the surgeon. I am very pleased and have zero complaints about any of it. Would recommend without caveats.
