Used the online ordering facility. Placed order at 6:15pm, and the order confirmation stated that 7:15pm would be the delivery time. Phoned the store at 7:30pm as the order had not arrived. Was advised that the order was waiting for a driver. Phoned again at 7:50pm, requested a refund. Was informed that the order was on it's way. Phoned again at 8:05pm, again requesting a refund and also an explaination from the manager. Was informed that the order would be refunded the next day, and that the manager would call me the next day also. Order arrived at 8:30pm, soggy, cold chips and garlic bread, with pizza boxes collapsing with moisture from the steam that was long gone. Pizzas were dry, and complete order was thrown out. Never received a call or refund the following day. Chichio's have lost a long term customer. Furthermore, the phone manner of the staff was unsatisfactory, and unacceptable for a first point of contact for a business.

Loved it, got 2 pizzas last night. One small. And one family size. They tasted fresh n hot. Made the old school way with passion.

Took forever to receive our order - fair enough, they were busy. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. The nuggets were so over-cooked they were inedible and the chips looked like they had been cooked three times. Disgraceful. Never again.

Ordered a pizza to my house expecting it to get home shortly after I did. Unfortunately as we were leaving the venue an older guy on a longboard who had been turned back at the door picked a fight with some young guys getting into a car (they didn't appear to know him and were being purely defensive) he started smashing the headlights of the car and then throwing punches at the passengers, we decided to call the cops and were going to be late getting home. I called Don Chichios and they were fine with the delay. When I got home and called again they said they would send me the coldish original pizza as well as 3 new fresh Pizzas at no extra cost.
Needless to say this was totally awesome of them. In no way were they responsible for the delay but they still went that extra mile to make sure we got extra hot pizza. What Rad people.

Thanks Don Chichios Ballarat! Will definitively be recommending you and passing on this story.

One would think that when one orders a meal from these people , you would get it hot. Although I've ordered some pizza's from here, and yes they were hot at the time, I had changed my order and decided to try the pasta menu. What I got, was a medium bowl of Luke Warm Pasta with cabranara sauce , of which I had to Reheat in the microwave, and a somewhat Cold garlic bread. Although I was told my order would take around 30 minutes to get to me, I had to wait 45 minutes and only after I had rang a second time. If this is how they treat a loyal customer, then I am Thoroughly Appalled. This is definitely Not Good.

Really decent pizza. I've had better before, but the quality is pretty high still. Definitely on my regular joint places. If you like stabbing yourself with blunt objects just for the fun of it though you can always try Domino's across the road.

Good pizza , topping could have gone closer to the edge of the base of one , but otherwise both pizzas were nice, the pasta much better than I have had elsewhere!
Home delivery arrived earlier than was predicted!
So thank you guys ! Good job .

I was homeless when don ciccios gave me a job ,they paid $6.50 an hour and still owe me $1500.
When I asked them for my money they said stuff like "I know mick gatto"
They are slipperier than a politicians tongue and have more moves than a tank full of sharks.
Their establishment has a real "crime family" feel.not happy
I would have put no stars if I could😢

Good, old style pizza. Better than pizza hut, good value family deals. There are better tasting pizzas out there, but good to see this sort of business is still out there.

Pizza was burnt and full of grease ,the grease was dripping out of the pizza box. Taste was terrible ,worst pizza I've ever eaten. Won't be back!

Cheap greasy pizza. It's not bad for your average pizza joint but definitely not the best in Ballarat. The pasta is average it didn't taste particularly fresh. The biggest selling point is price and opening hours.
