Excellent!! The club takes care of its members and guests. One of the best courses I have played on and the practice facilities are not bad either.

Our children were well attended to by a a lovely waitress. Freya made dining with two kids enjoyable for all. Also, meals were great. We've since returned for another meal!

Good course, didn't get our complementary drink as part of our package deal after 18 holes, bar person refused service 25 mins before closing on Sunday. Not happy.

Just finished an evening meal for 2 at the Greenside Bistro @ the Ballarat Golf Club. We were treated to a wonderful evening of great food, beer, wine & exceptional table service.
Very rare to be a winner in each "corner" but we did. Thankyou for a great night out Nadia & Emma, our table attendees for tonight.

Good course. Staff can be very rude though and vacant. Terrible pokies style clubhouse that has no atmosphere.

Disappointed by my experience, food was very slow even through no one else was in the bistro. Pasta was glugy and under, pumpkin was nearly raw. Roast Lamb tasted like it was re heated.
Would of preferred McDonalds, I will definitely not be back anytime soon.

Great golf! This course is maturing nicely and provides a very pleasant yet challenging round of golf. The golf shop and bistro are well stocked with plenty of quality options.

Unprofessional.
Our family came from 2 hours from all directions to meet here for lunch today as is our half way point, a table was reserved weeks in advance and a subsequent phone request made for a high chair earlier in the week to also be reserved only to arrive today to be told that no table had been reserved and that the company had no available tables.
Staff making reservations should be trained well enough to review/confirm reservations (day, date, time, contact person and number) whilst speaking with a customer- especially one who has called twice!
Its likely more thought will be taken to decide whether to continue to have our annual family christmas party here especially when we have 40+ people to seat.
