  Top gym. Well maintained, variety of cardio, free weights (incremented up to 50kgs) and machine/cable weights. Friendly staff and PT sessions available.

  Needs new equipment. The cross trainers are ancient, doesn't allow the natural body movements. You need to get the Lifefitness equipment ASAP.

  Best 24/7 Gym in Ballarat! The staff and friendly and willing to help you and it has a fantastic community of people, I highly recommended if you are looking for a gym check out this one. Also it is very clean which is great for a gym with such heavy traffic!

  Great Gym - Open 24/7. The Manager Simone is lovely and very helpful. It's never too busy and Maxifoods is right around the corner where you can get free Coffee!
