Wow dominos( not just this store ) has gone down hill so quick first no Coke now no toppings such a shame used to be good now just a waste of money ( and time ).

My first time there was good because there was only two people in there at the time. Second time was a disaster. They told me it was a 40 min wait for one thickshake.

Better than the Hume Highway(Near M5) Liverpool shop. Consistently average pizzas from this shop. Just never get them delivered. Pick up only way to go from here.

Waiting for over one hour, called a couple time without any answer in store. About 1 hour 15 minutes after the order was placed I managed to get through and am told sorry we wont deliver to you our system is malfunctioning it will take a week for a refund thanks. At least call the customer to let them know.

Got cockroach on pizza . Went back to store and no one appologised and simply said you can get your money back but we wanted to have pizza so they made one and took 30 more minutes like a normal order. No priority or no apology, very rude

Every single time i order in store or over the phone, the workers there are so rude and unprofessional when speaking to you. They even hang up on you over the phone. Hire workers with better communication skill please, especially in this industry that require interacting with people.

You would think a small vegetable pizza without cheese, prepared with a clean cutter and gloves would be simple enough. It's just 'one' small vegetable $11. 95 pizza that maybe an inconvenience. They either need to learn how to read or get training to customer service skills. The lady was at least more professional and offered a refund, free pizza, and the problem was dealt with the promptly; One small pizza and most of the staff wants to upset customers, and I've noticed it isn't just me and the tiny request. There' was another one with canceling an order and the store manager had a started petty argument. I don't recommend it even if you were starving, the servo just behind it has more slightly food, much friendlier and professional staff.
