I had multiple appointments over the past 2 months, never shows up - just a text message to cancel the day off. Taken too much time of work to be at home for the service. Barely answers the phone or messages. Do not recommend.

Wouldn’t use this company unfortunately - had a booking, tried to call three times and and text twice with no reply and nobody turned up - was a last minute appointment but don’t book in if you don’t have the time 👍

Had an appointment for on site repair 23 March. They rang on the day. Sick - ok I accept that. Promised to book another day. 29 days later, no call or email. Wont chase them - obviously don't want the work. Reading other reviews, maybe I was lucky. A lack of simple courtesy could reflect in work
