While visiting Hobart I badly needed a haircut. The salon is lovely, and each person was very friendly. Michelle listened to what I wanted, asked great questions, and gave me the best haircut I've had in a very long time. She is skilled, professional, and a delight to chat with. Thank you, Michelle!

I won't be able to make any comment as the staff of this salon have got my hair to get it tested for bleaching and last November however they haven't even replied back to me.

Jacob is a fantastic stylist, he did amazing clean blonde foils and a well sculpted cut. All the other staff are super friendly too. Im definitely going back for more.

Absolutely awesome service every time! And fit me in last minute which was great. I've had different hairdressers there and they're all fabulous. Today's cut and colour was by India and she's super knowledgeable and listens to what you want and gets it spot on.

I came away with my hair three shades too dark the first time so went back and they bleach bathed it and then another appointment used foils to try and correct, however my hair was still a mess with patches of light and dark from the permanent foils initially put in. The hairdresser who last tried fixing it moved away and they didn’t bother to call to rebook me, sent a text telling me I was with another stylist which was the last straw for me as I had no trust left. With all the fixing involved I spent 9 hours in two weeks at their salon which was a real juggle with work/child etc. Two months on my hair is still not right after multiple treatments trying to lift the blue (yes dark aqua/blue from the permanent colour) out however my new hair salon has been fantastic about it and we’re getting there. Quite honestly this is the most disappointing hair experience I’ve ever had hence this review.
