  This is by far the lowest quality customer service I've experienced at a dive shop, after completing more than 50 dives.
  
  Not professional or organized. After booking a week in advance, driving all the way from Sydney and staying the night in advance for the 8am dive (had to be there at 7:15) - they did not have an instructor booked so we could not go out, cancelling at 8am the morning of our dive. I had booked this trip a week in advance, explicitly saying that my boyfriend had never dove before and that he would need an instructor, they confirmed this and took the $100 deposit. We came all the way down from Sydney the night before just to go on the 8am dive, only to find out that they forgot to book an instructor. This dive trip was my one year anniversary present to my boyfriend and it was the only reason we were going down to Jervis bay (6 hour dive in total, $150 in petrol and $150 on hotel) - their lack of organization wasted our time and money. And they offered no compensation.

  Looking at other reviews perhaps we simply caught everyone on an off day - however this was the worst diving experience we ever had. Super unprofessional, both guides were extremely cranky sea dogs and the diving was the worst we've done. Safety issues everywhere in regards to rental gear and everything else. We won't return.

  Absolutely fantastic experience for my girlfriend and I. I was sick the day we booked for. So Morgan rearranged for us to dive the next day. Our instructor Mary Anne was amazing. Very helpful and showed us so many amazing things. We saw Grey Nurse sharks, nudibranches, seastars, stingrays and stingarees and moray eels!! Would.live to come back.

  I called in last minute for a dive and there was a spot available so I went in! The crew was really nice. The master diver explained everything about the spot and the fauna. We saw nice sharks and fishes (summer dive). The water was cold but we were provided 7mm wetsuits so even if you're cold sensitive you can stand the chill for the length of the dives (about 2 times 40min).

  I dived with them on january 9th and had a really good experience. The staff is really competent and nice. You can dive with nurse sharks during summer and seals during winter.

  I have mixed feelings about my recent experience diving here. During the fitting of the rental 7mm wetsuit, I was given a tight fitting suit and also a vest. Even though I expressed concern that the suit might be a bit tight, I was told that it'll be ok.
  About an hour later after the boat ride to the dive site, I suited up. The outside temp was around 33 Celsius, light winds. Where I was on the boat there was little tarp cover, so I was exposed to the hot sun, wearing a very tight vest and a 7mm wetsuit. Little did I realise at the time that I was getting heat stress, prior to a heat stroke. The dive master and owner, Morgan did not really pay attention to this, probably because he was fine but did not properly check whether anyone else was. Because the wetsuit was so tight, I had trouble putting the BCD on. Then my body over heated and was advised to jump in the water to cool off with the BCD and tank on but without my fins. I also had massive trouble putting my fins on whilst still in the water due to heat stress and the so very tight wetsuit that was compressing my chest and limiting my arms movement. After managing to put the fins on, I thought I was okay, and so proceeded to start to dive. However, due to the 7mm suit and not enough weight on my belt, I remained buoyant.I was more stressed out. Then I was told to add a couple more weights. Being an inexperienced diver, I just could not imagine how to add more weights to my 20kg belt. It was not explained to me that the weights would just go in my BCD pockets. Due to all the stresses and the fact that I found it really difficult to breathe underwater as the wetsuit was so tight and was now compressing my chest, I made the decision to call off the dive as it was just impossible and was getting too dangerous for myself. I did not get much help from Morgan while experiencing all this.
  
  I went back up the boat, took everything off and cooled down.
  
  I tried a second dive a couple of hours later with the same results. I felt that the suit was too tight that it limited my breathing and made it extremely difficult underwater. The was no way I was going to risk it.
  
  Later on at Huskisson jetty, I relayed this to Morgan to see if he could do a refund or even a credit for my next dive. He told me that the wetsuit I had was the biggest he's got. How could that be when I'm only 180cms, 96kgs?? How about the bigger boys? He promised to call me the next day, but the call never came. I am very disappointed to say the least. Maybe he will call me after reading this feedback, but it's too late. So, no thanks.
  
  Suffice to say that this place gets high ratings when things go well, unfortunately however we are judged when things turn pear shape. In this case it could mean life or death.
  
  Safety must be paramount. I'm very disappointed with dive master / owner Morgan for the lack of customer service and safety culture.
