  Usually well stocked but always have to wait for checkouts, never enough checkouts open compared to other woolies.

  Staff are great.. Management sound like ogres if you're to believe what you hear though. Staff should be treated with mutual respect and appreciated (trained accordingly and encouraged to prosper) just like customers. Give incentives to workers, daily work is mundane, make it exciting, varied, fun even as well as rewarding (always give positive feedback where possible) and people will want to work for you. Em
