  I was recently appointed an executor for a close friend and was faced with a dilemma on how to prepare his home for sale. His family lived overseas and would be unable to deal with any of the items at the house.
  
  On contacting Lloyd, he was able to help us out and did a great job clearing and preparing the home for sale. I was impressed by the speed and professionalism of their service. They took every effort to tactfully deal with the situation and the house looked great once they had finished. They have helped lighten the burden of what would otherwise have been a long, painful, drawn-out process. I would highly recommend Deceased Estate and Property Services to anyone who is in need of a helping hand to execute a deceased estate.

  My family and I were overwhelmed at the prospect of "sorting & disposing" of our mother's possessions. We knew our Mum loved everything in her home as it was her connection and memories of her life. With Lloyd & Jodi's caring help all elements of the end of an era was carried out with such dignity.
  
  Jodi and Lloyd were professional in the way they carried out the sorting and donating and disposing of items in the property. Their business expertise, the cost of their service was minimal as she managed to secure substantial sales & donate to very worthy causes which our Mum would have agreed with wholeheartedly.
  
  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to assist them when they are faced with this situation.
