  Absolutely terrible!! Do not use this company!! I used Dawson's to move a large house worth of furniture in which, upon arrival, 90% of my furniture was badly damaged, scraped and/or broken.
  After giving me the run around and becoming difficult to communicate with, they eventually sent a letter saying their insurance company had rejected my claim and they would not cover the damages.
  I have used multiple moving companies prior to this and after this and have never had an issue. A scrape here or there is no big deal, it can be expected. Not with Dawson's though.
  Essentially, I paid Dawson's A LOT of money to damage my personal possessions.
  Best you go with someone else, anyone else!
  
  Reply: I moved from Townsville! It was 100% your company. I have no interest in hearing what you have to say unless you are going to do the right thing, as you should have done in the first place, and cover my loss and damages caused by your company.

  The staff were brilliant from way to go. Both in Townsville and Cairns. Happy, patient, on time, nothing was too much trouble even when I forgot which items had to go to which address. Would recommend them highly.

  I would never use this company for any removals, you will regret using them for many years.
  This company has NO RESPECT for your property, many damages occur as well as the theft of your property from the load.
  They moved a friends house of furniture and goods from Townsville, many of the items were broken and other items were stolen.
  The manager came to the house and opened boxes that had been sealed and ready to be loaded onto the truck to see what was in them.
  We even heard him say to one of the workers, “ you can put that in the back of my car, I can use that.”
  Didn’t realise we were in another room listening. He tried to turn it into a joke when he found out we had over heard him. NOT FUNNY MATE!

  Need packing boxes as well.? Such reasonable prices and friendly service..!
