Not organization 2 of us got our drinks and my daughter had to wait 20 minutes for a milk shake while we had to wait for her to finish. We saw 5 tables that needed clearing. I have had lunch bars and thought it was run shocking. Will not waste my time again

Great service from Rockingham Dome. The coffee was great. It is an ok little spot. Only bummer it is set a street back from them beach. Great place to go. I like the decor in Dome as to me it is warm and cosy with rustic timber floors and earthy tones in the wall colours.

I like the couch options and the leather chairs.

Not even worth 1star, went in to order a couple of coffee's and a chocolate lollipop for my son. We were told to wait a minute, that turned into five.what a joke and they weren't even busy!! We had a great lunch and coffee's elsewhere, where they not only took our order, but provided a service???? Have a lot to learn Dome VERY DISAPPOINTING

Live music was way too loud, I had to repeat my order 3 times and my husband and I couldn't hear each other when trying to catch up.

The food took 45 minutes to come out, was cold and had to be sent back as one order was wrong (guess she didn't hear me over the loud singer).

If I wanted this atmosphere I'd go to a pub, we are very disappointed with this experiance and will think twice before coming back.

Not sure what went wrong here. Order some coffees, sat down waited for coffee which didn't come, decided to order food, food arrives before coffee.. coffee finally arrived halfway through brekky. Coffee taste like it was whipped with a week old grind. Couldn't drink. Food was ok hence 2 stars.

Ordered a banana bread for our daughter and took ages for it to arrive. Fresh banana bread not toasted. Came toasted. No apology for wait time etc. Poor effort wont be going back there again

Have had a great meal everytime there. Love the food there with one of the best menus in Rocko. Customer service is second to none. Wouldn't mind going every chance I can get. Great value for money!
