VERY ordinary food. Beautiful location, and that is where it ends. The olives are poorly curred; soft, tasteless mush. Back to school in this regard. As for the dips. Ho hum. If brewing is your passion, stick to it. Don't spread too thin and lose the plot.

Amazing food and even better beer. Craft beer as well as UK style hand pumps.

Sorry. But soggy chips, undercooked fish and lifeless salad, at $55 for 2 basic fish n chips is just a rip off. Sticker shock for beer and wine prices. Sadly something has changed as it used to be a great place for a beer n meal. Wont be back at those prices sorry.

Friendly enough staff, although it's all self service despite the astronomical prices ($28.5 for a burger and chips?!). Big place with nice views. The lager was decent. Pizza had too much cheese and thus slightly undercooked. Lasagna was an indistinguishable mess (microwaved?). Burger was not good - too much stuff going on. The soundtrack was really loud 90s music which ruined any vibe there might have been.

Great outlook, good selection of beers and ciders. Disappointed with the standard of food, I was surprised to be given a buzzer when we ordered our meal and even more surprised when our meal was served on disposable plates. Takeaway style food with restaurant pricing. Not worth the distance we travelled to visit this venue.

Love this place go there most weekends and find it is a great place for the family. I find that others who write bad reviews must have been there on a packed day or haven't book, which is foolish. Because whenever I go it is exquisite.

Absolutely Incredible. The owners are incredible and should be proud of their work. Their son Bevan Harris put on a live guitar/music show which was one of the best singers/guitarist I have ever heard at a young age.

I'm a regular at the OCRB. The reason being that each time I go, there is a new beer or cider to try. Some stay on tap for a long time, and some for just a short time.
You have to go there regularly to try these new ones or you may miss out.

Being a regular, I have come to have my favourites. My all time favourite, and that of many other folks I know, is the Porter Ale. Absolutely nothing compares.

Ok. Firstly I have been here now more than once. The scenery layout and atmosphere is excellent. The beers are a mixed bag, the GAP cider is lovely, but the ginger beer tasted wierd as did some of the stronger cider. However what let's this place down is the food. It's over priced especially as it gets served on "paper/cardboard" plates plus you have to pick up your own food, there is no table service. But it's the quality that's the issue. I had the beef ribs which were very good. In another occasion I had the lamb pizza which was awful. Seriously if you are going to charge $25 for a pizza make it taste good. It was under done, soft and most importantly tasted awful. It was so bad that I ordered a lamb shank. This was cooked well, but had no spice or flavour. Very disappointed with the food. If they sorted the quality of the food I would give five stars.
