i ordered fish and chips for my kids and the chips are soggy, i asked for a new one, they just took the old plate away and did not say anything. the food is good but the customer service is bad. i think they can do better

Too bad I found what looked like a pubic hair with about 3 bites to go in my breakfast. and served cold, I also ordered salmon holondaise for my wife and she got eggs Benedict with ham and that was cold also. The toast she received was charred and black. never again will I go there, they did offer a refund but I refused, I ordered 2 cappuccinos and was asked "2 flat whites? " I should have taken the refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Watching the staff work in harmony and getting along well is a wonderful change from most places these days. Service is amazing and with a smile. Coffees are great. Good place to start a Sunday morning.

I was in a bit of a dilemma yesterday do i have my pancakes with bacon and ice cream but the boh girls would know who was ordering so i settled on the old faithful the lot burger not being biased but one of the best lot burger i have had from any dome thank you team keep up your good work

We had a lovely craft morning here a few ago. Food was lovely and coffees good. The Chai Chiller was disappointing as they seem to have changed the recipe. Way too sweet. The music was loud but as soon as we asked for it to be turned down they did it. Service is quick.
