  I ordered honey chicken, but not enough sauce.. and spicy squid, there was no squid. I thought i ordered a vegetable spicy stir. I just knew that the owner has been changed, it was pretty good before!! So shame! Won’t going anymore:(

  Ownship changed:(
  no more lunch special, no more cheap and nice food, just as normal as others. Feel sad :(
  One more thing, it's even more experience than other chinese take away kitchen.
  Here are the old and new menus to support my idea
  Especially the fried rice, change from $8 ($5 for lunch special)to $10.5, no words to say

  Food was just normal, mostly taste as if it was microwaved. Considering it being cheap I'll give it a pass but I have had better food for far lessor.

  This place is the best, I'm coming back again. Excellent service, excellent meals. The owners here are the most friendly, and it's well worth stopping here for a meal. The Chinese tea is soooooo good

  Fed a family of three (could have fed four) for thirty bucks! Very happy with the service, quality of food, wait time and especially the price. So good. So hard to find such value for money these days. Will definitely be going back.

  My experience here was horrible. Who uses SPAM in chinese cooking? Through nearly every dish I ordered. Bluhh I will not recommend it or eat here again. Come back Dragon Express please!

  I've never seen this cheap prices anywhere else in Perth.. 5$ fried rice is just insane.. I didn't expect much given the cheap price but food was surprisingly good. There is a wide variety of food as well.. the full list of regular chinese foods offered in the menu and I received pretty good quantities as well. Will definitely visit again.. Place is pretty basic, dinning in options may be limited for a larger group but for couple of families perfectly fine. Though I think what they are expecting would be take away customers.. by the way place name is actually 'Sam Express Chinese kitchen' not Dragon express..

  Food is quite good actually! But the BEST part is they deliver! Unheard of in most places! Prices are extremely reasonable as well!
