Shocking service. Walked in to an empty store, there were no other customers except us and two sales person. They completely ignored us even though we walked around checking out the tiles. I smiled at the salesperson but she stared back at me without even a hi. In the end we left, it was a shame because we were looking to buy and just needed some introduction. But the next to none service means we'll never go back or recommend to anyone.

Highly recommended. We must have visited 10+ tile stores throughout Cannington and Osborne Park. I'd advise ignoring the super flashy showrooms that stink of perfume!
Had great service from Craft Decor Cannington, and the warehouse in South Freo.response / report this review -

Have to agree with the previous review. Great product, great price, great service, no glitches. Highly recommended. Thanks to Glynis, Linda, Jenny and Maran (who delivered the tiles). T'was a pleasure!

Walking into a discount tile distributor i didnt expect the service I was provided
From the outset our slaes person Belinda Steer was fantastic. She was informative polite and couldent do enough to help.
She printed a no obligation quote and even let us take a tile of our choice to make sure it worked in the area we were tiling.
So far we have told every one we know of the great service.
Well done Belinda!
