Johnny came out to assess the health of 3 large gum trees in our suburban backyard. He explained thoroughly the characteristics of the species and advised me on how to keep them strong and us safe.
He had an obvious love of trees and an extensive knowledge of the local flora.
The business was professional, friendly and on time for the consultation.
If one of our damaged trees does not recover, I will have no hesitation to use the services of this business to remove it.

I’m so happy with the promt service and fabulous advice that this company gave me in order to help my tree recover after my olive tree was badly hacked back by a neighbour they really care about the health of the tree and the impact of what bad pruning can place on it. It’s so nice to have someone who comes into your house and not only do a fantastic job but also so take care and pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them and certainly will be using them again. Thank you so much I’m very grateful for what you advised me to do. 💕

John was fantastic today with his consultation on tree management. His passion and knowledge for the living world was contagious. I have never met a man who loved trees so much. Without seeing him on the tools, I wouldn’t be surprised if he shed a tear for every branch removed. Thankyou

Highly recommend using these guys. I had a large gum tree in a difficult area and right next to buildings. They were the only company of my 3 quotes who were able to grind the stump. Even with this extra work, they were cheaper than the other quotes. Truck and chipper that fit on my driveway, no fuss. Made the job look easy and were so quick, left the area tidy.

We have 2 large trees in our backyard, which are absolutely beautiful but shade the whole yard. Johnny came out for a site visit and really took the time to go through our options, you can tell he is very passionate about preservation and ensuring trees look natural once trimmed. I was confident that he would look after the trees while ensuring they suited our needs as well.
He and his team did not disappoint - they were on time, professional and while we can tell they have been trimmed (as there is so much more light in the yard now), they don’t look disfigured at all.
I would highly recommend.

Johnny and his team blew us away with their professionalism and service. We found Cutting Edge to be extremely competitively priced and their knowledge and advice really helped us make decisions regarding our tree maintenance and removal.
We had several large trees to remove and the team did this easily whilst also working with neighbours to organise access and ensure everyone was ok with the process.
Also, just the nicest group of guys. I don't write many reviews but I can't recommend Cutting Edge enough.

Johnny and team were excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. We had multiple trees to fell, some of which were substantial and were adjacent to our shared boundary fence. The team worked efficiently, carefully and professionally and we were delighted with the result. There was no collateral damage and all waste was cleared away. Highly recommended.

Needed a couple of large palm trees removed. Cutting edge were great. Came within a day to do the quote. Price was really good. They came a week later and cut the trees down. Very professional. Turned up on time, did the job, cleaned up. I highly recommend them !
