Prompt and efficient service

Organised repairs to be carried out in a rental property, with appointments to be coordinated with my tenant but quotes and bills to come to me - and was happy with the prompt and efficient service.

Clear information was given on the repairs needed (what the problem was, parts needed, time for parts to arrive, weighing up repair/replacement options etc), and work was carried out within quoted time and price, and invoice was sent promptly as requested.

After having bad experiences with other companies (calling me to organise times, not sending invoices, hassling my tenant for payment on the day etc), these guys were great to deal with!

Process to replace Gas ducted Heater when service was completed. Being a very old unit Daniel discussed option to repair or upgrade. He was sensible and honest about his assessment.
Quotes provided by Gary and inpection by Andrew & Gary. They were all great, prompt, honest and no gimmicks or pushy sales process. 100% happy with these guys and the way they operate. Got quotes from 2 other companies but felt most comfortable with the team from Adelaide Heating & Colling at Salisbury

Andrew and his team installed a ducted reverse cycle Daikin air conditioner 2 years ago. This was one of the best investments put towards our house. (Plus the bonus of being able to control it from my phone!).
We are highly impressed by the quality of our system installed and have never had any issues. Their customer service was outstanding and they really listened to what we were after. We would certainly recommend Andrew and his staff for any heating or cooling installations without hesitation.

Adelaide heating and cooling helped us when are air conditioner stopped working on the 48 degree day back in January, even tho being super busy and with very short notice still made the effort to quickly come out and see if they could fix the problem within a half hour the promblem was fixed and we could finally enjoy a cool home. I highly recommend using Adelaide Heating and cooling.
