INCREDIBLE!!!! We had booked to stay before nz went into lockdown back in March, and because every else had just cancelled bookings we had assumed this was as well - our fault. It wasn't until we had full payment go out that we realised. Cumberland dealt to the problem extremely quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Loved, loved, loved the beach front apartment we stayed in. It was breathtakingly picturesque. Even the spa overlooked the beach. The apartment was spacious. The cooking utensils had variety. The only thing that I would recommend is to get a better skillet/pan. The bed was very comfortable. Easy access within a few minutes to the beach.

Great stay!! It's right on the spot of Lone, very close to the beach and all the restaurants. If go up the hills at the back, Teddy's lookout is right there. Our room was spacious and has everything, balcony with a beach view, kitchen, large living with a sofa bed, washing and drying machines, especially the jacuzzi. Free parking undercover so worry free. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Very happy with the accommodation I got for the price, having walked in off the street without a booking.
The only room available happened to be an accessible (optimised for disabled persons) room. It was clearly very well thought out in terms of accommodating a wheelchair. Didn't bother me being in an accessible room, in fact it probably made it bigger and better in terms of space, great walk-in shower, etc.
A little noisy from the ya-hoo's in the pub over the street, but it was a Saturday night.response / report this review -

We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was divine, the views and the apartment where beautiful.
Can't wait to go back and stay there again but this time it will be for a few days not overnight.

What a beautiful setting. Large rooms, many with seaviews. Very large well appointed conference centre and they even have a large theatre style auditorium. Competent polite staff and good food. Great place for a business conference.

This hotel is very good place to stay while you are driving Great Ocean Road. It's well located close to the beach and nice restaurants and the apartments are huge. We stayed only one night but had some rest before to go back on the road.

Spacious, modern self contained apartments in the centre of Lorne plus heaps of resort facilities- pool, gym, tennis court, indoor games area, etc. Beautiful views, relaxing and the staff are lovely!

Location is brilliant, with easy access to the restaurants downstairs and pub across the road. Very short stroll to the beach, with beautiful views over the beach from the balcony. Room was clean and very comfortable. Heated pool and spa were great for our 2 year old. Stayed for 5 nights and loved every bit of it!

I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen. Nice and clean with foxtel. The resort has plenty of amenities including pool and gym. Friendly customer service too. A great place for a corporate function.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location, walking distance to the beach, food, drinks and even teddys lookout for those who are keen. There is a gym, tennis court and games room to keep everyone entertained, and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended
